Welcome to Green Releaf Dispensary. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online services, and retail dispensary locations across Missouri, Illinois, and Ohio. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
1. Eligibility to Purchase
To purchase cannabis from Green Releaf Dispensary, you must:
- Be 21 years of age or older with a valid, government-issued photo ID for recreational cannabis purchases
- OR be a state-registered medical marijuana patient with a valid MMJ card (applicable for patients under 21)
We reserve the right to refuse service or access to anyone who does not meet these requirements.
2. Website Usage Terms
By using our website or digital platforms, you agree to:
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not misrepresent your identity or age
- Not interfere with or disrupt the functionality of our website
- Not reproduce, copy, or distribute any website content without prior written consent
Unauthorized use of our site may result in legal action.
3. Product Information & Availability
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, all product details—including potency, effects, availability, and pricing—are subject to change without notice and may vary by location:
- Product availability may differ by dispensary location
- Potency and effect descriptions are based on third-party testing and customer feedback, not FDA evaluation
- We do not guarantee that all listed products are in stock at all times
4. Online Orders & In-Store Pickup
When placing an online order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are of legal age to purchase cannabis in your state
- You must present a valid ID at the time of pickup (in-store or curbside)
- Orders may be canceled if not picked up within the specified time frame
Green Releaf reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
In compliance with state regulations, all sales of cannabis products are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
For non-cannabis items (such as accessories, devices, or merchandise):
- Exchange eligibility depends on store-specific policies
- Green Releaf does not guarantee refunds or exchanges at every location
- Some stores may offer exchanges on defective items within 7 days, with original packaging and proof of purchase
- All exchanges are subject to manager approval

6. Special provisions related to Bank Transfer Payments
Green Releaf Dispensary has partnered with financial services software company Aeropay to offer you ACH payments. When you create a Green Releaf Dispensary account and connect a bank to complete ACH payments, you will be creating an Aeropay account. You authorize Green Releaf Dispensary to share your identifying information with Aeropay to open and support your Green Releaf Dispensary account. You must also comply with Aeropay’s Terms of Service when creating or using your Green Releaf Dispensary account. The Aeropay Terms of Service may be modified from time to time, and the governing version is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. Any term not defined in this section but defined in the Aeropay Terms of Service assumes the meaning as defined in the Aeropay Terms of Service.
7. Medical & Wellness Disclaimer
Cannabis products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. All information provided by Green Releaf is for educational purposes only.
We strongly recommend consulting a licensed healthcare provider before using cannabis, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a chronic condition.
8. Limitation of Liability
Green Releaf Dispensary is not liable for any damages or harm resulting from:
- Use or misuse of our cannabis or accessory products
- Technical interruptions or errors on our website
- Third-party service provider issues
- Failure to comply with local cannabis laws
Use of our products and services is at your own risk. You agree to hold Green Releaf and its affiliates harmless from any claims related to your use.
9. Compliance with State Laws
Green Releaf operates in full compliance with cannabis laws in Missouri, Illinois, and Ohio. We do not ship cannabis products across state lines or internationally.
It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws governing cannabis possession, use, and transportation in your jurisdiction.
